As a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will develop and deliver the next generation of Gas Power Systems and Power Services Products and maximize the value of each product across the full product lifecycle.Serve as an Expert Advanced Manufacturing Engineer with focus on Combustion components in a highly cross-functional environment with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, product management and suppliers to optimize manufacturability and component costServe as a technical process expert for complex problems across a diverse supply chain partnering with stakeholders to solve business critical issuesOwn component producibility from conceptual design through stable productionManufacturing technical expert for NPI process development and qualification across the full router of the part at both external suppliers and internal factoriesNPI fulfillment – on time delivery with qualityDrive the part cost considering design, sourcing, and manufacturingAwareness of new technology and advanced manufacturing techniques that relate to your componentsResponsible for management of component investment and expenseUnderstand and communicate design change risks and impacts prior to implementationPerform related duties as necessary

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline from an accredited college or university7+ years of engineering/manufacturing/sourcing experience

The base pay range for this position is $103K-$171K. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 1/24/25, or thereafter. 

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
