This program immerses students into the daily operation of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast’s top innovators. The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units. **Organization** **& Team** **Overview** Comcast’s Xfinity Growth Innovation & Experience (XGIE) organization drives business growth and customer engagement with an emphasis on how Xfinity takes its products and services to market. XGIE teams are responsible for Xfinity brand and product strategy, including its video, broadband, voice, home, and mobile products, as well as consumer sales and marketing, digital platforms, and business intelligence. Consumer Research & Insights (CR&I) within Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) brings the voice of the consumer to the larger organization through both quantitative and qualitative research methods, relying on both primary and secondary data sources. **Role Description** Comcast’s Consumer Research & Insights team is seeking an inquisitive and driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and desires to dive deep into why consumers do what they do. In this role, the ideal candidate will work with key business partners to understand business challenges and translate them into research objectives and learning plans. This position will gain insight into the Xfinity business across product, marketing, and growth and have the opportunity to inform decisions across business functions. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Engage in regular meeting touchpoints with business partners + Support in questionnaire and discussion guide development + Perform quality assurance checks for screeners and survey links + Analyze quantitative and qualitive data using a variety of market research tools + Assist in reporting and building data visualizations to distill insights into easy-to-understand formats + Adhere to project timelines and regularly provide project updates to the broader insights team + Stay current on industry trends, and seek new ways to utilize research to support company initiatives + Other duties and responsibilities as assigned **Preferred Skills** + Familiarity with a variety of market research methodologies, qualitative and quantitative, and their applications + Experience with SPSS, Decipher, Qualtrics or other survey platforms + Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker + Must be highly organized and detail-oriented + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Team player with the ability to build good rapport with both internal and external clients + Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills + Intellectually curious and inquisitive nature + Preferred Majors: Psychology, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Business, Math **Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements** + Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track. + Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 31, 2025 through September 19, 2025. + Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs + Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering) + Comcast is an Affirmative Action/EEO employer M/F/D/V Comcast is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
