Commanders Action Group Analyst

NAVSEA is the Department of Navy’s (DON’s) central activity for designing, engineering, integrating, building and procuring U.S. Naval ships, shipboard weapons, and combat systems. NAVSEA’s responsibilities also include the maintenance, repair, modernization, and conversion of in-service ships and their weapons and combat systems. This position supports the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Commander, Command Action Group (SEA 00). NAVSEA is the Department of Navy’s (DON’s) central activity for designing, engineering, integrating, building, and procuring U.S. Naval ships, shipboard weapons, and combat systems. NAVSEA's responsibilities also include the maintenance, repair, modernization, and conversion of in-service ships and their weapons and combat systems. The candidate will assist the Command Action Group (CAG) in directly supporting the Military Task Lead with War Room documentation to ensure smooth, efficient, proactive operations.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Research, analyze and report on different trends. Create and deliver reports. Print products to post in the War Room. Maintain the most recent status to posted products, to include metrics products and/or dashboards, for immediate access as postings within the workspace. Disseminate, track, and update action items. Anticipate what should be included as part of the display to include briefing materials, posters, displays, media, and official Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) documents. Perform administrative tasks as requested.


Required Skills and Experiences:

5 or more years relevant or specialized experience in military program support. Experienced with communicating to senior civilian and military leadership. A mature, team-oriented outlook with outstanding customer service experience. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently and with sufficient knowledge, present projects to senior management. Strong people and communication skills (in writing, graphically, and orally). Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment accepting emergent tasking with little to no supervision and/or direction. Strong experience with use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and Teams. BS/BA Degree Required. Active secret clearance.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
