We are now looking for You, who can join the passionate category management team and community for business personal systems.
This role is responsible for directing and controlling category management activities while leading a team of 5-6 individual contributors. The role manages operational and tactical activities to support internal sales processes. The role handles project communication, talent-management and proactively identifies process improvement opportunities, and gives recommendations.
Responsibilities
• Directs and controls category management activities for a Nordic and Baltic countries.
• Leads a team of exempt individual contributors and plans, directs and monitors operations/tactical activities.
• Coordinates the monthly pricing activities Nordic and Baltic distribution portfolio.
• Acts as a spider in the web to ensure effective communication between category, marketing and sales teams.
• Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching, and career development.
• Owning the business from a P&L perspective - making strategic decisions on how to optimize our financial performance.
• Interacts frequently with senior management to communicate project status and escalate issues, as necessary.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field.
