As the Commercial Academy Manager, you’ll play a key role in the development and delivery of world-class commercial training for the Renault Trucks Dealer Network in the UK and Ireland. You will design and manage the Renault Trucks Commercial Academy, creating tailored training solutions that ensure that our sales and aftersales teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel. Who Are You and Your New Colleagues?You are an experienced professional with a strong background in commercial training, with a track record of creating and delivering impactful training programmes. You have excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft PowerPoint and sales support tools, and you are happy to learn and embrace new technologies to design and deliver virtual training sessions that engage diverse audiences.
You will collaborate closely with a team of passionate colleagues, including the HR & Competence Development Director, HR teams, and internal stakeholders, all committed to driving excellence in competence development. Together, you will work toward creating a culture of continuous learning and development across the Dealer Network.
Your Responsibilities Lead the Commercial Academy: Be the central point of contact for all commercial training in the UK & Ireland, ensuring high-quality, tailored training programmes for the UK & Ireland Dealer Network. Manage the Sales Apprenticeship Programme: Oversee the programme, providing guidance and support to apprentices and the Dealer Network. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Agree the annual training plan with the HR & Competence Development Director and work with internal teams and Renault Trucks HQ in France to ensure training programmes align with business priorities and meet the evolving needs of our industry. Create Effective Training Solutions: Design and deliver relevant, engaging training content that drives commercial success across the Dealer Network. Embrace Innovation: Use emerging technologies and blended learning techniques to enhance the training experience, both in-person and virtually. Evaluate and Improve: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training, act on feedback and make improvements to maximise impact and success.
