They are currently searching for a Commercial Account Manager to maintain and grow a book of business.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This Commercial Account Manager will work on various accounts in different sizes and industry sectors, such as manufacturing, transportation, realty, and more. You will be responsible for servicing existing clients and collaborating with administration, underwriters, management, as well as bringing new business via internal leads.

ABOUT THE POSITIONAssess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored coverage solutions to mitigate risks.Analyze and evaluate various insurance products and policies from multiple providers to find the best options for clients.Negotiate terms and premiums with insurers on behalf of clients to secure favorable coverage.Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential liabilities and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.Update client information as changes arise.Respond to account-related inquiries and requests from clients.THE REQUIREMENTSLevel 2 Alberta insurance licenseYou have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Insurance BrokerYou have a strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations, and are always looking for creative and innovative solutionsExperience in using BMS softwareCAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation is an assetCOMPENSATIONBase salary between $65,000 - $75,000 depending on relevant experience plus new business commissionFull health benefits plan, paid vacation, flex daysEducation support, continuous career development supportOpportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company
