Summary of the Role: 

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for managing one or multiple customer accounts. You will coordinate closely with the account team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating and updating the account development plan (ADP) with the account team.

Developing effective rapport with primary customer contacts and building a network of relationships.

Holding regular business reviews with customers to align priorities and plans.

Identifying and pursuing acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

Overseeing the bid management process for acquisitions and renewals.

Leading contract negotiations and securing detailed commercial proposals.

Organizing regular account team meetings to review progress and share insights.

About the Ideal Candidate:

At least 8 years of relevant experience in the technology or travel industry, with 5 years in a customer-facing role.

A university degree in business or a related subject.

Strong understanding of business cases and the ability to anticipate customer needs.

Excellent negotiation, planning, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and SalesForce.

Business fluency in English, Danish (fluent in writing and spoken), Swedish (preferred). Other languages are a plus.

Extensive product portfolio knowledge and the ability to articulate product value propositions.
