Globally, we lead the future of snacking, and our future has never been brighter, tastier, healthier, sweeter, crunchier or bolder. **The Opportunity** We are looking for a collaboration focused individual to join our team as our **Commercial Activation Manager - Foodstuffs.** In this role you will drive sales results through your ownership of the amplification and communication of the commercial plan through to the Foodstuffs Field Sales team. With a flair for relationship building, you will work effectively across multiple internal functions including field, category, sales and marketing, as well as external stakeholders. If you are a passionate sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a whole lot of curiosity, we would love to hear from you! **Make it uniquely yours** You will: - Maintain and develop effective relationships with your external operational team. - Own the creation of all Foodstuffs North and South Island Field execution plans. + POS Planning + Communication of promotional and display plans + Internal stakeholder alignment. - Drive the implementation of New Zealand Perfect Store Agenda, ensuring metrics are delivered to plan. + Share of Shelf Reporting + Top Selling lines - Drive continuous improvement through the ownership of the compliance review process. + Display compliance. + Distribution Reporting - Be the central point of communications for the field sales team. **The ingredients you’ll bring** + Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders, with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships. + Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal + A professional approach to dealing with others, being able to influence and negotiate effectively + A can-do attitude, with the ability to pivot and adapt to changing needs + People management or attractive opportunity to step up to and develop + Previous Field Sales experience is advantageous + FMCG experience in the New Zealand market (preferred) + A true passion for our consumers, our customers and our brands! + Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite. **Why Mondelez?** At Mondelēz NZ our people are at the heart of everything we do.
