Commercial Admin Assistant
The Commercial Admin Assistant reports to the Commercial Director, assisting with secretarial services, handling appointments and providing support with general reporting and administration\. **What will I be doing?** You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: + Be familiar with hotel product knowledge and related activities\. + Assist Sales Managers to make and complete quotations, sending contracts to customers and following up promptly\. + Handle inquiries from customers and internal colleagues\. + Coordinate daily activities within the Management department\. + Attend daily department meetings and take meeting minutes\. + Participate in sales and event discussions\. + Answer department calls and emails, leave messages, and ensure information is communicated to the relevant personnel in a timely manner\. + Responsible for the inventory and daily maintenance of fixed assets operating items and consumables in the Commercial department\. + Assist the Commercial department Leaders in preparing records and reports\. + Answer office phone calls and take detailed notes\. + Responsible for the application of all purchase orders and follow\-ups with the purchase status\. + Establish departmental contracts, promotional documents, credit agreements, related documents, and promptly remind Sales to follow\-up and renew\. **What are we looking for?** A Commercial Admin Assistant serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members\. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: + Degree level qualification in business, marketing or communications is preferable\. + Commercial, results\-oriented attitude and approach\. + High level of IT skills including Microsoft Office and Delphi\.
