The Commercial Admin Assistant reports to the Commercial Director, assisting with secretarial services, handling appointments and providing support with general reporting and administration.

What will I be doing?
\nYou will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nBe familiar with hotel product knowledge and related activities. \nAssist Sales Managers to make and complete quotations, sending contracts to customers and following up promptly. \nHandle inquiries from customers and internal colleagues. \nCoordinate daily activities within the Management department. \nAttend daily department meetings and take meeting minutes. \nParticipate in sales and event discussions. \nAnswer department calls and emails, leave messages, and ensure information is communicated to the relevant personnel in a timely manner. \nResponsible for the inventory and daily maintenance of fixed assets operating items and consumables in the Commercial department. \nAssist the Commercial department Leaders in preparing records and reports. \nAnswer office phone calls and take detailed notes. \nResponsible for the application of all purchase orders and follow-ups with the purchase status. \nEstablish departmental contracts, promotional documents, credit agreements, related documents, and promptly remind Sales to follow-up and renew. \n\n\nWhat are we looking for?
\nA Commercial Admin Assistant serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
\n\nDegree level qualification in business, marketing or communications is preferable.\nCommercial, results-oriented attitude and approach.\nHigh level of IT skills including Microsoft Office and Delphi. OnQ is desirable.\nExcellent organisational and administration skills with attention to detail.\nWell-presented and work well under pressure.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProactive, motivated and energetic approach to meeting deadlines and targets.\nRelevant working experience in international hotel chains or major in hotel management. \n\n\n
