Job Summary:

You would be part of the CSC team to support all China service team for the warranty and service sales order process and internal process support. Including China sales and Service team, as well as the KOB 3 sales team.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Service warranty validation, warranty job order application, follow up and arrange the delivery to customer. Service sales order/job order application, creation. Follow up for the material schedule and arrange the shipment as per service requirements and apply for invoice for customer. Parts price calculation and LT inquiry(sales& service inquiry). Purchase application and follow up for non-standard material request from service engineers. Compliance screening for service request. Analysis for service performance(personal, region, segment, product family). Monthly job order review and close. Response to Company Audits. Who You Are: You focus and monitor both formal and informal progress regularly. You understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships. You solicit both input and discussion. For This Role, You Will Need: College or University degree Good at office software, knowledge of oracle or other ERP system will be a plus. Frequent English skills will be a plus. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Good communication skills, customer oriented, result driven, careful.
