The name “Reverse Supply” emphasizes that the work of this team starts where the traditional supply chain ends. The reverse supply chain begins at the wardrobes of our customers, bringing those unused products back into circulation either as preloved products, reusable materials or completely recycled for a renewed lifecycle journey. We are now looking to strengthen the team with a Commercial advisor.
As a Commercial Advisor you will provide commercial expertise to the H&M group’s portfolio in the resell of excess inventory. You will work together with the senior commercial advisor towards H&M regions and brands, to secure and execute deals with new or existing partners.
Main responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationship with existing partners Manage the deal making process Carry out deal making and secure alignment to initial deal objectives Continuously acquire knowledge of the product domain/area through partner and market analysis Managing contract life-cycle such as extension, renegotiation, termination, call-offs Perform risk assessment for partner contracts and agreements tied to brand protection, carbon footprint and brand value. Screening of potential new partners relevant for the product area Challenge existing commercial models setups and suggest new commercial/contractual strategies QualificationsBusiness degree with experience of working within Sales & Commercial field Strong commercial awareness and salesmanship. Experience within negotiation and setting up different types of deal structures Strong communication skills with ability to influence others Experience of working in a truly cross functional environment with focus on generating value through collaboration. Strong organizational and structuring skills. Strong analytical skills, following up performance development and business case construction.
