About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic SME business that is professionalizing, growing, and integrating into a larger corporate environment. As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance, supporting strategic planning, and contributing to the success of three key products.
Working closely with the Managing Director (MD), you will help shape and implement a three-year rolling growth plan while providing financial analysis, operational support, and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the MD to develop and implement a three-year growth plan for three products.Revenue Tracking: Monitor current and forecasted revenue on a monthly basis, including analysis of True Ups.Reporting: Establish consistent and meaningful reporting practices for teams.Pricing Analysis: Lead the pricing recommendation and approval process.Return on Investment (ROI): Conduct ROI analysis for the three products.Sales Enablement: Create compelling new business point-of-sale materials and support the underwriting team with customer proposals.Financial Support: Assist with DUAL 1CP Finance budgeting and reforecasting cycles.Integration Projects: Provide support for integration tasks over the next 12 months.Pipeline Development: Implement a data-driven approach to pipeline development.SharePoint Management: Reorganize SharePoint to ensure easy access to relevant data.Team Coaching: Provide significant guidance and coaching to a team of 10 staff who work independently across various roles.Candidate Profile
