Job Outline
To provide financial, commercial and analytical support across all areas of the Radius Vehicle Solutions division, including the development of performance reporting, designed to provide key stakeholders with appropriate insight to make informed business decisions.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Typical work responsibilities include:
Delivery of regular reporting to agreed timescalesDevelopment of existing reporting and KPI suite to assist the management team with decision makingPerform ad-hoc analysis to help us better understand business performance, highlighting areas of risk and opportunityPreparation of monthly trading packs and consolidation of month end performanceHelp to cleanse data at the source to ensure one version of the truth in our reported numbersLiaising with a wide range of stakeholders across the business – Group Finance, Accounting & Financial Control, Commercial Finance, Sales & Marketing

Experience/ skills required:
Essential:
Degree level education, preferably mathematical, statistical, finance or economics or same via experienceGood technical skills with basic knowledge and experience use of MS Excel, or reporting suites (Tableau, Cognos etc)Excellent attention to detailCurious, data-driven thinkerPersonable, approachable, and dynamic, reliable workerAbility to work to strict deadlines, operating with a continuous improvement attitudeShow an impressive attitude and not only take full responsibility for their duties but are enthusiastic to take on new challenges which will develop their own career
