About the Job

As a valued and integral member of the Supply Chain Finance team, your role will be to partner with our plant operations and logistics teams, providing high quality reports and insights on CHEP’s service delivery and plant network. Based at our NZ Head Office in Wiri, this position reports directly to the Senior Manager – Finance.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

Prepare weekly productivity reports and provide detailed analysis on operational performance against KPIsProvide insights into trends and make recommendations for improvementsProvide analytical support for month-end reporting, financial modelling, data interrogation, budgeting and forecasting to plan and monitor business performanceBusiness partner with supply chain to analyse costs, recommend actions and support efficiency projectsProvide support to the transport team on cost analysis, KPIs and process controlProvide governance on inventory control for all products

What will ensure your success:

Tertiary qualifications in Finance/Accounting or a related disciplineCA/CPA qualified or studying towardsExperience in business analysis or management accounting, ideally in a supply chain or manufacturing environmentSome exposure to budget preparation and monthly forecastingAn understanding of cost driversExperience in business partnering and managing stakeholdersA curious mindset with good critical thinking capability and strong problem solving skillsStrong advanced level Excel skills with some exposure to Power BI preferred
