The Commercial Analytics Manager will be responsible for End to End Commercial Analytics, he/she manages the end to end commercial analytics processes starting from data collection until insights generation. Moreover, he/she shall partner with business to enable a cross-functional data-driven discussions and provide actionable data-driven insights. As well as strategic Data Planning & Implementation - he/she shall be able to understand the needs of the business and teams, formulate relevant strategies and plan/develop the implementation of such data and business intelligence strategies / frameworks.
The Opportunity
Identify appropriate data sources & requirement to tackle relevant problems or achieve relevant goals. Collect, cleanse, reconcile, and process relevant data, while ensuring the data integrity and quality. Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures
Analyze large datasets, use relevant primary and secondary market data to extrapolate meaning and identify and extract meaningful business insights and trends
Play a lead role in developing and providing standardized and ad hoc business reports and dashboards in accordance with key performance indicators (KPIs), business requirements, and stakeholder needs. Utilize forecasting models and predictive analytics to support operations & strategic decision-making
Facilitate a data-driven discussions and provide actionable data-driven insights based on the analytics. Identify and track the insights / actions / opportunities / decisions coming from the discussions
Collaborate with various functions such as but not limited to Sales (Commercial Public, Commercial Private, Commercial Diabetes), Marketing (Customer Value & Solutions), Customer Service and Support, Distributor Management to understand their data needs and requirements
Planning and developing a portfolio/pipeline of data analytics products from different sources of data such as SAP, distributor portal, Comex, REXIS CRM, etc.
Kick start a project from scratch to support business needs for relevant data and analytics. Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices for business analytics, insights, customer surveys, and field force effectiveness
Actively participate in cross functional initiatives, networks and/or knowledge-sharing bodies that enable broader and more effective use of insights and/or analytics that drive and support decisions. Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on BI tools and best practices
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in business intelligence technologies as well as evaluate and recommend business intelligence tools and technologies. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Business Intelligence solutions and ensure the integration of Business Intelligence tools with existing systems and databases
Who you are
You should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields from a reputable university (local/overseas) with a minimum 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics or relevant role.
