Responsibilities:

Be a commercial point of contact for the customer. Invoicing and collection of payments from customers and monitoring project cash flow. Responsible for commercial matters of assigned projects throughout the contractual life cycle (e.g. payment security, bonds, insurance, etc.). Provide contractual advice to the project management team and support on customer correspondence. Manage contractual changes and lead change order and claim settlement. Elaboration of back-2-back subcontract conditions.

Requirements:

5+ year experience in project/contract management or related discipline, international construction or plant experiences is preferable.  5+ year in multinational company or project organization. Bachelor or Master Degree in project management, juris or foreign trade. Fluency in both English and Mandarin Experience with FIDIC terms preferred Negotiation skills
