What do we expect you to bring?

 

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or  a related field; a master’s degree is a plus At least 10 years of experience in sales management, commercial sales, or corporate sales, preferably within the insurance sector. Proven experience in leading and managing teams, developing sales strategies, and achieving corporate sales goals Experience in budget management, financial forecasting, and reporting; strong background in developing and implementing campaigns aligned with corporate sales targets. Solid understanding of corporate insurance products, sales operations, and industry regulations. Results-driven, strategic thinker, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), familiarity with CRM tools

How can you make an impact?

 

Monitoring the elementary and group health insurance transactions of the Commercial and Corporate branches of our partner banks, revealing their potential and ensuring their activation. Achieving all goals of Corporate Sales Channels by determining targets and sales strategies in line with company strategies. Determining the goals (annual and quarterly) of Corporate Elementary and Group Health Managers, automatic enrollment sales team and sales operation experts and officials, to guide, develop and motivate them to achieve the target. Monitoring the collection processes of Corporate Sales Channels, informing the teams about the processes, preparing company reports Creating a budget together with the management and coordinating budget studies. Regularly visiting bank branches and customers to increase coordination and cooperation. Developing new, sustainable and profitable projects, analyzing existing projects and ensuring the continuation of profitable ones. Identifying unprofitable channels and removing them from the system if necessary. Ensuring improvement of business processes. Preparing, managing and controlling campaigns in line with company startegies and corporate elementary and group health sales targets. Ensuring the necessary coordination with other departments working in coordination with the Corporate Elementary and Group Health Sales Channels. Tracking and resolving complaints made to the Complaint Management System. Holding quarterly planned meetings with the bank and the bank's regional directorates and their matching Allianz regional managers and managers and taking actions. Ensuring that all kinds of insurance services requested by customers from Allianz insurance are met in full and on time Following up Exgratia requests and ensuring their completion. Ensuring that teams create monthly and annual projection lists and monitoring them Providing support to increase the technical training levels of branch personnel.
