Commercial Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and generate reports including sales and stock data, month end stock movement report to Finance and headquarter Follow-up and coordinate shipments, stock allocation and consolidation, transfers, and replenishment Assist with pricing update in the system Support after-sales and follow up including watch repairing and spare part order Handle CRM analysis Uphold the image of Hermès Watch business and inspire internal and external clients / stakeholders Maintain good image via service, expert handling / presentation, visual merchandising, retail excellence at POS Support the control of the complete order lifecycle, from order raising to dispatch and return Handle non-merchandise stock management Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines 2-3 years of retail / travel retail experience in luxury retail industry Strong analytical mindset and good numerical sense Proactive, eager to success with a can-do attitude Team player and at ease within multicultural environment Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills Good command in both English & Chinese Excellent MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) skills required
