What You’ll Do Lead Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring Hudson Yards maintains its impeccable reputation. Drive Financial Performance: Manage accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and budget forecasting with precision. Who You Are A seasoned professional with experience managing Class A commercial properties (1M+ sq. ft.). Financially savvy with expertise in budgets, financial reports, and vendor management. A relationship builder who excels at fostering tenant engagement and delivering exceptional service. Organized and proactive, with a talent for managing complex operations and solving challenges effectively. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in commercial property management, operations, or a related field. Proven track record in financial management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budget preparation. Strong understanding of property management systems and software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar). Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements, including DOB and FDNY standards. Experience managing vendor contracts, maintenance operations, and tenant services. Ability to oversee building systems, including inspections, repairs, and compliance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to handle tenant issues professionally and diplomatically. Experience supervising administrative and operational staff. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to oversee multiple priorities effectively. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset for addressing operational challenges and tenant concerns.
