Role Purpose
The Commercial Audiences Marketing Manager for Latin America is responsible for supporting Chubb to continue to nurture, deepen and widen relationships by engaging with current and potential business partners and providing relevant data and tools to support their business goals and growth, while positioning Chubb as the ideal insurance partner. This executive will translate commercial segment plans and priorities into effective marketing programs to help communicate Chubb’s value proposition to these audiences (Agents, Brokers and MADs) business via multiple channels, including marketing campaigns, business events, industry conferences and corporate hospitality programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional 360-degreee campaigns and initiatives to nurture, deepen, and widen relationships with current and potential business partners. Provide commercial audiences with relevant data and tools that can support their business goals and growth, highlighting Chubb’s insurance expertise and capabilities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on customers, agents and broker issues, market trends, supporting the business creating go-to marketing strategy. Collaborate with the wider network of countries and regional M&C leaders to support the deployment of campaigns and activities, ensuring that marketing campaigns are effectively integrated in the business plans. Develop, socialize, and win buy-in for marketing programs that align with the business priorities. Execute them in collaboration with global, regional, and local colleagues. Develop and manage budgets for the area, as well as reporting on KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Work closely with P&C heads to further engaging with agents, brokers, and major accounts’ clients by creating and sharing exclusive Thought Leadership content (whitepapers, major risks global research, global insights, and trends), L&D opportunities (Chubb School), Chubb Experiences (i.e., events) and top-notch collateral (Product brochures, ppts, ChubbNet). Support expansion of the unified segmentation program in the region that entices agents to support increasing Chubb’s share of wallet. Closely work with Chubb Center for Agent Development (CDAC) team on learning and development curricula and promote training fairs, conferences, and webinars. Continue improving the quarterly e-magazine (content, rates, SM activation), adding products & appetite guides. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. Work with market research area, analyzing data to inform strategies, campaign, and content development.Experience
At least 5 years in B2B marketing, designing effective proposition campaigns to differentiate a company in a highly competitive market. Experience in bringing ideas and innovation to the team and turn them into action. Excellent level of project and stakeholder management, with proven ability to manage multiple disciplines and tasks, while juggling priorities and projects under pressure. Excellent ability to apply technical expertise, special knowledge, maturity, and judgment to business issues and, as a result, improve Chubb and/or team performance. Capable of understanding how the company works, manages the matrix, and collaborates with and influences others to get things done, even without formal authority.
