Job Responsibilities
Support management of effective fraud strategies and policies across application, authorization, and authentication channels. Ensure compliance with fraud policies and controls within governance and change control procedures. Ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness of fraud operations support. Design and execute suitable controls to balance risk with client experience. Build robust fraud strategies to maintain high performance levels and strong fraud detection. Work with product partners to evaluate new products and mitigate fraud risk with appropriate controls. Support strategic fraud initiatives and bank-wide projects related to fraud strategy and policy rules. Partner with the Data & Analytics team to improve data availability for analysis and strategy creation. Collaborate with Fraud Operations to manage fraud case volume, strategy changes, and trend mitigation. Communicate proposed strategies and deliver appropriate reporting and management information to stakeholders. Participate in bank-wide projects and interact with external vendors as a representative of the Fraud Risk Management team.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
