**In this role, you will:**
+ Manage and develop Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team of managers in roles with moderately complex tasks, focused on the credit process
+ Collaborate with management to develop and execute business plans
+ Actively participate in the completion of credit transactions
+ Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development, within the Commercial Banking Portfolio Management functional area
+ Provide expertise on managing the most complex lines of business
+ Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team to meet complex business objectives
+ Promote a high level of morale, productivity, and functionality throughout the team
+ Collaborate with and influence functional team on the credit process
+ Provide training and guidance to less experienced individuals
+ Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Commercial Banking Portfolio Management
+ Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
+ Manage the underwriting and loan closing functions within a geographic region
+ Determine appropriate strategy and actions of a Secured Lending Underwriting team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables
+ Interpret and develop policies and procedures for operations with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
+ Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including experienced managers, as well interact directly with external customers
+ Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Secured Lending Underwriting
+ Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
+ Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with Secured Lending Underwriting functional area or who are affected by its outcomes
+ Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Secured Lending Underwriting functional area
**Required Qualifications,**
+ 6+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 3+ years of Management or comparable leadership experience
