What you'll do:
Support the sales team in building and maintaining relationships with builders, vendors, and contractors while managing vendor partnerships to ensure product availability and alignment with company objectivesProvide customers with accurate information on product offerings, pricing, and availability while identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunitiesAssist in bid processes, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetrationTrack and analyze sales data to develop competitive pricing models, profitability strategies, and demand planningEnsure smooth operations at the Builder Sales Center by managing orders, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with supply chain teams to maintain optimal inventory levelsMonitor key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, order fulfillment, and sales growthAct as a liaison between sales, operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure business alignment and effective communicationStay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and improve service levelsAssist in preparing reports and presentations to support decision-making and business strategy development
What you'll bring:
Experience in sales support, operations, or customer service, preferably within the building materials or construction industryStrong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systemsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyProblem-solving mindset focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
