Passionately drives applications to deliver customer value and demonstrates a high-level of ownership and accountabilityLeads IIoT projects/initiatives to deliver highly secure solutions with operational excellenceWorks with business partner to elicit requirements and capture business needsClearly articulates and documents business requirementsLeverage Azure DevOps to create features and user stories (with acceptance criteria) to deliver the capabilityAssesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demandsManages ongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction with various stakeholdersCoordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutionsEngages in user testing, pilot testing, and project launchesMonitors and tracks the success/value delivered metrics around projects and platformsObtains key inputs from architecture leads and identifies solution interdependenciesEngages with the business and various users to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing solutionsManages and leads high-level project plans and communicates status updates to stakeholdersProvide platform management and leadership for mature applicationsLeverages ideas, suggestions, and innovations in ways that make them leverageable across all business unitsProactively resolves customer satisfaction issuesMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree5 years’ work experience in an analytical and problem-solving role5 years’ experience in a business analysis role5 years’ experience in IIoT and/or industrial controlsStrong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skillsExperience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and toolsExperience generating process documentationPreferred Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Marketing2 years’ experience in project managementPrevious experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Technical background with an equipment with embedded softwareExperience in leading software applications that deliver and communicate value to customers, using metrics to clearly quantify the impactProven ability to resolve problems independently and take appropriate action in a timely and professional mannerAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $72,700.00 - $109,100.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
