Commercial Business Analyst Paris, Ile-de-France, France Zaventem, Vlaams Brabant, Belgium **Commercial Business Analyst** **Role location: Remote (or Hybrid) from France or Belgium** **Travel requirements: 10%** A great opportunity has become available to join our Commercial Development & Insights team as a Commercial Business Analyst. You will play a critical role in supporting the organization through the analysis and interpretation of datasets to make informed business decisions. As Commercial Business Analyst you will be defining business problems and /or opportunities and develop effective solutions. You will partner with stakeholders at all levels from our Sales, Marketing, Finance, Service and Operations teams across the EMEA region to support their business needs by developing standardized business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Using your knowledge of data analytics and reporting, you will develop and maintain PowerBI reports, and support the organization with ad hoc, project-specific requests. We are looking for candidates with advanced Excel and data analytics skills, experience with dashboards and KPI reporting, and excellent communication skills. You will be confident in presenting business insights and delivering on timelines while highlighting any risks in advance. The role can be based remote from France or Belgium or hybrid from our offices in Paris or Zaventem. **Knowledge, Skills and Experience:** + Data analytics and forecasting experience, including market size and share and commercial drivers of revenue, volume, price, cost and margin + Demonstrated business analyst experience + Advanced knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of PowerBI and Salesforce will be advantageous + Experience with dashboards and KPI reporting + Business acumen and organisational understanding + Excellent time management, communication skills and attention to detail So why join Hologic?
