Position Summary:

Primary responsibility is delivering administrative assistance in day-to day job. Administer general business office activities. Such activities are clerical in nature and may include mail, word processing, filing, order processing, telephone answering and stationery supplies. Work within well-established guidelines. Typically requires a high school education or equivalent and two to four years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

To work with lead Channel NAM to administrate internally and externally the Joint business plans for each customer which will realise sales, margin and market share growth ambitions ahead of PPG’s competitors.Administrate and liaise with finance and Lead NAM to manage annual rebate tracking and accrualEnsure client link commercial excellence metrics are best in class.Ensure a fully maintained growth pipeline in CL and 7-step process is followed to drive performance.Support lead NAM to deliver sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual and monthly sales; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new productsSupport lead NAM to deliver Joint business plans internally and externally to maximise results from their customer base to drive triple win. PPG/Customer/Consumer.Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholdersDevelop clear 2-way communication channels with cross functional teams to deliver flawless admin and pricing accuracyProvide weekly and monthly updates on business performance, team and competitor insights to the lead NAMMeet IBP required compliance parameters and deadlines for inputs and outputs.Bring the outside in and be responsible for sharing competitor and customer public domain insightsAct in an ethical and responsible manner and comply with the PPG policies at all times.

Qualifications:

GCSE Maths and English. A-levels/NVQ preferred.Experience with Excel and other Microsoft programmesAbility to communicate at all levels and a strong team playerPC literate and numerate with high levels of attention to detailExcellent written, oral and customer presentation skillsFull driving license and willingness to travel occasionallyMaintain agreed procedures and standards regarding Company equipment and property, Health & Safety and other statutory requirementsMonitor and control holidays and sickness and make contingency plans to maintain coverage of customer needs when team members are absent.There may be occasions when working outside of normal hours will be required, including weekend work; customer entertaining, Trade Exhibitions, etc.
