Responsibilities
Understand B2B customers' business requirements; apply knowledge of Lenovo Tablet portfolio and/or solutions to help customers and partners meet their business objectives. Plan and deliver the overall commercial tablet direct and indirect sales for India. Drive team performance, channel growth, and revenue targets. Account management: identify business opportunities, achieve assigned financial/non-financial goals, and increase 'wallet share' within clients and business partners. Analyze problems by leveraging past sales experience and good judgment; work with other functions or team members to develop solutions. Develop relationships that promote an understanding of clients’ business objectives and goals. Collaborate with partners to ensure stock availability and replenishment for client orders with seamless coordination with the Logistics team. Work closely with the Services Team to address product-related issues, ensuring quick turnaround times and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Engage customers at various levels within their organizations. Manage sales across customer segments (Small to Medium to Large and Global customers) and understand business dynamics in key industries such as BFSI, Pharma, Retail, Manufacturing, and Education. Develop and implement strategies to increase Lenovo's wallet share by managing existing accounts and acquiring new ones. Provide direct sales exposure and manage regional business dynamics. Drive sales enablement, strategic sales, and collaborate with the 4P team to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Ensure leadership across cross-business functions to manage and meet targets for tablets.Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of experience managing end customers, channels, and distribution networks. Proven track record in driving sales, managing teams, and leading initiatives to enhance customer experience. Demonstrated ability to handle P&L responsibilities for commercial tablets. Experience in strategic sales planning and execution. Expertise in sales enablement and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer priorities across key verticals. Ability to lead growth initiatives, including direct sales and partnerships, to scale the business. Must possess a strong bargaining mentality to drive results.
