**Description and Requirements**
**■** **Roles and responsibilities**
This position is responsible for business operations to support Lenovo Japan commercial business planning and execution, to maximize its revenue and profit.
+ Business / Project Management
+ Set KPIs in align with business strategy and track/report progress in regular cadence.
+ Analyze what is working or Not working and its root cause, consolidate action plan to drive further performance improvement
+ Manage ad hoc projects to improve entire business performance
+ Alliance Management
+ Manage Lenovo’s alliance partners fund and program
+ Work with alliance partners to improve ROI of program to maximize Lenovo revenue and profit
**■** **Key Interaction with:**
+ Product and Segment planning / marketing
+ Sales
+ Finance
+ Supply and Demand, Logistics
**Experience (must have)**
-Experience in making business decisions by quantitative analysis
-Experience in business operations with short-term(weekly, daily) Business Management System
**Experience (nice to have)**
-Experience in hardware industry for international company
-Experience in professional firms .e.g management consulting
**Skills and Competency (must have)**
-Data driven/logical approach
-Business level English skills (ref. TOEIC600+)
**Skills and Competency (nice to have)**
-Basic knowledge of PC (e.g. technical term like CPU, HDD)
