We are looking for a new person to fill the position of: Commercial Business Partner Specialty Care (m/f/d) with immediate effect. The position reports directly to the Commercial Excellence Director. As a Commercial Business Partner, you work very closely with the marketing and sales teams. Your task is to understand the divisional goals and strategies and to accompany their implementation. In addition, you provide the areas with meaningful analytics and recommendations for action. In this position you are a key player in our weekly / monthly performance update sessions, where you structure and guide the commercial teams through performance reviews. You are also responsible for coordinating and implementing classic structural changes (field service structures), capacity planning, targeting and segmentation projects. Additionally, we expect you to help the sales leadership teams to drive for operational execution excellence. The main tasks in detail include: Business partnering, performance management and reporting Participation in important marketing and sales meetings (lead team meetings) Supporting the marketing teams and commercial director for new product launches Joint definition and development of key performance indicators and reports to ensure the management and control of sales and marketing goals Ensuring effective performance discussions within the brand teams Monitoring, evaluation and interpretation of reports, independent / proactive escalation of anomalies to business partners Implementation of strategic marketing and sales planning Participation in the presentation of the marketing business plans, support in the implementation Advice and operational support in the planning and implementation of the annual sales plan for the field service Support of the sales management in reviewing and optimizing the sales structure Project management and communication Responsibility for project management in the implementation of strategic sales issues (e.g .: prioritization of doctors, regional structure changes, targeting & segmentation) Organization and implementation of cross-departmental workshops as part of the implementation of salesrelated restructuring Your skills: We are looking for a personality who independently takes up topics, coordinates and leads to success. You will be supported by a strong team within the Business Partner and Commercial Operations division. For this position, you have ideally own operational sales experience in the pharmaceuticals sector. Marketing experience in the consumer goods or pharmaceutical industry would be a highly appreciated plus. In particular, you enjoy dealing with complete data structures and have extremely high analytical skills - without losing sight of business relevance A background in market research is welcome. Proficiency in German (min. C1-level) and very good knowledge of English is necessary in order to be able to establish yourself in an international company.
