We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Commercial Cards Contract Analyst. Commercial Cards Contract Analyst support the Commercial Card Team on contracting / recontracting / repricing for large global opportunities. The contract specialist will work on the core aspects of the global contract process for large multinational clients. Close coordination and communication will be required with Commercial Card Sales, Product teams across the Region and the Banking and Solution Sales Organizations. The contract specialist will shepherd the contracting process after the Schedule A is negotiated by the lead commercial card salesperson to expedite revenue realization.

Responsibilities:

Contract Specialist will largely be involved in complex regional, or large global, deals

Whilst the Salesperson will lead negotiation of the standard global terms, the Contract Specialist will ensure he/she understands the Client's expectations and rationale for any negotiated provisions in order to explain them to the other countries/regions and avoid repetition. 

The Contract Specialist for global deals would facilitate

Negotiation of regional and local country contracting schedules with support from Legal and Product teams

Assembly of executable packages per market

KYC coordination with Banking and/or Cash AM/CE

Credit allocation with Banking for Asia countries

If the Client opts for a multi-obligor construct within Asia, Contract Specialist will work to track and ensure execution of all the Affiliate agreements and his/her assistance will be sought in relation to required documentation including but not limited to TSA, NDA etc.

The Contract Specialist will need to develop strong relationships with partners in Legal, Global/ Regional Card Sales, Solution Sales, Banking, Regional Card Product, and the Global Implementation Team. Working effectively with these teams will be of paramount importance when trying to execute global card contracts.

The Contract Specialist will be looked to as a subject matter expert on global contracting; as such their expertise and perspective will be important to colleagues in legal, product, and market management as we look to refine and improve the global contracting process

Qualifications:

3-5 years relevant experience

Strong organizational, project management and communication skills and the ability to plan and execute against a multi-faceted contracting process

Proven organizational skills

Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to present internally and externally to senior executives

Capacity to proactively anticipate, identify and resolve problems

Strategy oriented with ability to multi-task

Desire to drive projects

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree
