**Description** Responsibilities + Perform various carpentry tasks on commercial construction projects, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing + Work under the direction of a superintendent on larger projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget + Independently handle smaller projects, from start to finish, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship + Lead and guide other team members when required, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to company standards + Interpret and follow construction plans, blueprints, and installation specifications + Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety protocols + Communicate effectively with team members, superintendents, and clients + Stay motivated to learn and research new products and techniques to enhance your skills and advance within the company **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
