PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: + Assemble, connect, and test plumbing systems and electrical components of Commercial Softener/Filters and Reverse Osmosis to ensure proper functionality. + Perform daily production duties, including the assembly of “builds” necessary for on-time delivery (OTD) + Accurate assembly of goods and products and crate and box them as necessary for shipping + Process and stick raw materials required to build products + Troubleshoot any abnormalities that may occur during manufacturing or assembly + Adapt to any new requirements or processes as needed + Perform day-to-day functions: 5S Housecleaning, assembling, participation in all required safety training, forklift operations, power tools and hand tools usage training + Assist other team members when needed, remain flexible and able to perform other duties as needed EDUCATION: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent skill set QUALIFICATIONS: + 1-3 years of plumbing, electrical or maintenance experience required + Read, write, speak and understand English fluently + Basic mathematical skills + Basic Computer skills + General warehouse experience desired + Electrical wiring, plumbing and fabrication skills desired + Ability to read instructions, Bill of Materials (BOM), engineering drawings as needed to build/assemble products + All other duties as required *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. This role consists of extended periods of standing, stooping and walking and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. This position requires the ability to move throughout the plant, office areas, and up and down stairs. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, 80 pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
