We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented leader to join our team. As a Commercial Claims Injury and Litigation Manager, you will manage the claims technical activities of Claim or Staff operations. Responsibilities include managing claim Supervisors who oversee the investigation and settlement of claims, providing guidance on technical or procedural problems concerning complicated claims, understanding and managing CASP expenses, handling vendor management, and recommending procedural changes as needed.
Salary: $126,500 - $151,500 based on experience and location
Requirements:
Trucking Claims Leadership Experience, Litigation Experience, Experience with high exposure injury losses
Must be able to speak in a clear, empathic and professional manner by telephone
Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
Must be able to work in any GEICO office location, hybrid schedule
Annual Salary
$99,000.00 - $185,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
