Commercial/ Commercial Strata Property Manager
Calling all Commercial / Commercial Strata Property Managers! We are looking to hire a licensed, seasoned Commercial/ Commercial Strata Property Manager for our client based in Burnaby, BC! Ideally you will be dual-licensed but if you only have your rental property license then please still apply!

Benefits & Perks$75,000 - $85,000 base salaryComprehensive Benefits Package3 weeks vacationA fun and collaborative work environmentResponsibilitiesRent collection, responding to tenant enquiries, tenant account reconciliations, tenant coordination, invoice approvals, rent roll.Meeting with commercial tenants on a regular basis and inspecting buildings’ interiors and exteriors.Providing a high standard of tenant relations and retention by ensuring problems are rectified in a prompt, effective and cost-efficient manner.Proactively communicating with tenants regarding property management issues, construction, and events within the neighborhoods where the properties are located.Ensure all Property Management policies and procedures are followed and adhered to in each of the properties.Develop appropriate operating procedures for buildings ensuring regulatory requirements are maintained.Following up on monthly building inspections to ensure all items identified are addressed in a timely manner.Develop and administer annual budget preparation for assigned properties.Review monthly, quarterly and annual financial results and provide variance commentary where appropriate.Ensure budgets and schedules are in place and overseeing the progress of building upgrades, major projects and tenant improvements within the portfolio.Tender, select and manage all service contracts.Qualifications1+ years experience as a Commercial Property Manager / Commercial Strata Manager.Must have obtained Rental Property Management License.Ideally you will also have obtained a Strata License (but please still apply if you don't have this).Experience with Budgets and Capital Projects.
