We are seeking a proactive and skilled Commercial Contracts Manager. This pivotal role is designed to support our Digital Sales team in the effective management and enhancement of Ideagen’s newly established Commercial Compliance Value Creation Plan (VCP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing software usage among our current customer base and identifying potential upsell opportunities, while managing a team of two quota-carrying Digital Sales Executives.

 

Responsibilities

- Establish and expand the Commercial Compliance Value Creation Plan as part of Ideagen’s Upsell strategy to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Digital Sales team to develop new acquisition commercial strategies and enhance data accessibility across our product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key C-suite and Executive personnel to foster growth and collaboration across the Revenue division.
- Monitor and measure the performance of the Digital Sales Executives against established metrics, utilising performance review systems to drive accountability and high achievement.
- Regularly report on the progress and performance of the Value Creation Plan to Senior Management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Skills and Experience

- Sales Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team towards achieving targets, with a keen focus on skills development and career advancement.
- Performance Management: Proficient in monitoring and evaluating team performance against established metrics, employing review systems to ensure accountability and achievement.
- Sales Operations: Experience in working with sales operations to optimise processes and improve efficiency, with a strong emphasis on identifying revenue opportunities.
- Data & Analytical Expertise: Solid background in data analysis, with proficiency in Salesforce and Excel to support decision-making processes.
