Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of construction projects, from concept to completion, as well as managing subcontractors and all other related activities. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as extensive experience in commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgetsManage and coordinate subcontractors and vendorsMonitor project progress and quality assuranceEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budgetNegotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality assurance regulationsProvide oversight and review of project documentation and plansResolve conflicts and problems as they ariseProvide regular updates on project statusAct as a liaison between clients and subcontractors

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction project managementExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsExperience in Commercial K-12, Healthcare, Hospitality, Offices Renovations, Commercial Renovations is preferredAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlinesBenefits
