Regional Contracting, Rebates & Pricing specialists drive and follow up on contract execution, manage rebates and accruals, ensure compliant Third-Party Intermediary (TPI) management & support with pricing.
Key Activities, Accountabilities and Results:
ContractingEnters in Ariba, pro-actively follows up on approvals/signature and status updates to commercialCoordinates contractual terms implementation cross functionallyRebates & CommissionCoordinates & executes accruals incl. monthly/quarterly SOX controls, settlement in alignment with commercialSets-up and maintains commissions incl. quarterly reports (agents), data validation in collaboration with Finance & CommercialThird-Party Intermediary (TPI) Management Manages TPI onboarding, due diligence, annual certification and 3 year refresherPricing Coordinates Surcharge maintenanceSupports commercial with Q2PCoordinates trouble shooting price issuesPerforms SOX Controls (Quarterly) & Idoc validation (weekly, monthly, quarterly)Conducts Q2P Training & TestingMassloads Price ChangesCoordinates Formula Pricing incl. index reportsKey Stakeholders/Key deliverable:
Commercial Team, P&L, Finance/Credit/FP&A, CX, S&OP, Legal, Contract Review Meeting Executive, Quality, Tax:Ensure optimal alignment on functional processes and practicesExchange functional knowledge and experience Share trends and customer knowlegdeQualifications:
