As part of a Shared Services Center (SSC), a Service Contract Specialist is responsible to support Diebold Nixdorf customers, the internal SSC business unit and external business units, govern the activities of GBS offshore resources for timely and accurate service contract entitlements, invoices and revenue related accountabilities related to orders, out-of-scope service billing (billed work) for a specified region or territory.

Service Contract Specialists have a general understanding of DN systems and processes that impact the entire value stream from sales order inception through invoice delivery and cash collection. Regional Specialists have a strong working knowledge of DN systems and processes in the area of Order to Cash, including Order Entry, Service Contracts, out-of-scope services. The role governs the activities and coordinates a variety of account driven functions with an emphasis on follow through and accountability.
