Saviynt are searching for a new lawyer to join the legal team.
This is a newly created role, due to the exceptional growth in the business. With growing complexitywithin the business, including further development and expansion across the US, EMEA and APACand our client list growing day by day, this has borne the need for additional in-house legal resource toassist on all matters.

About the Role:
This person would work closely with senior legal team members to oversee and provide advice on allcommercial contracts. This role offers broad exposure and is ideal for someone looking to advancetheir career within the technology sector or transition from private practice to an in-house role within adynamic, high-performing, international environment.What you will be doing:Review and advise on all commercial contracts involving the companyProvide guidance on appropriate terms and conditions for contractsOffer legal advice on data protection mattersAssist in developing and maintaining standard contractual clauses and templatesCollaborate with the company’s procurement divisionSupport senior legal team members on compliance mattersMonitor and evaluate legal developments that may impact the companyWhat experience and skills we are looking for:Minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial law either in private practice or an in-house role as a qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of commercial contractual issuesExperience providing legal advice on data protectionGood organisational and project management skills;Ability to work autonomously, under pressure and manage multiple priorities;A practical approach to problem solving;Excellent verbal and written communication skills; andGood commercial senseBased in London area. This will be a hybrid role eventually.
Preferred Skills:Familiarity with the technology industry is preferred and Language skills would be a plus.£70,000 - £90,000 a yearWe offer you a competitive total rewards package, learning and tremendous opportunities to grow and advance in your career.
