We are looking for a Commercial Crime Senior Risk Consultant, with a specific focus on fraud to join us and support the crime underwriters and Aviva policyholders!

A bit about the job:

Within this role you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of the Risk Management Proposition within Commercial Crime. This will include;

Supporting clients – assessing the fraud risk management posture of an insured, developing improvements that will help the client to increase their resilience and protection, discussing internal and external fraud trends and prevention strategies. Clients will be all sizes, but predominantly range from mid-market to large national/multinational insureds, and therefore we will require excellent client facing skills

Supporting underwriters – providing risk management reports to underwriters on the maturity of an insureds fraud risk management strategy, developing a framework that can benchmark these results and assist with tiering the portfolio

Development of Risk Management Proposition – developing a risk management framework that benchmarks insureds/industries, thought leadership, presentations and training to clients, brokers and underwriters

This is a homebased role and we are flexible on location however there is a requirement to visit our London office at least x4 times per month to sit with our underwriters

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Highly experienced in a technical risk management discipline and broad knowledge across the risk management spectrum

Experience in fraud or general commercial crime risk management

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate and influence at senior management level

Excellent business development/customer engagement skills, in order to influence key contacts in the marketplace

Relevant industry qualifications related to Fraud such as, CIFAS, ACFE accreditations/qualifications (or working towards)
