Commercial Data Coordinator (15 Months Contract)

Purpose of the position: 

Construct and organize historical data catalogs; historical dataset and define operational rules for different data sources. 

Update catalogs, update Perfect Store and innovation targets, monitor data quality and ensure its available for commercial users.  

Training and consulting for final users in Power BI. 

Main responsibilities and challenges:  

 

Build and validate 2-years of historical data, ensuring consistency and alignment with commercial models 

Develop and manage data catalogs required for ERP and Retailer integration. 

Document and define operational rules for Retailer Data extraction / rewriting needs for RPA development. 

Work closely with the technical team, to map data sources and meet quality standards. 

Document Quality Check rules statistics that help to keep catalogs updated. 

Document processes and data structures to ensure a seamless transition to the maintenance phase. 

Update Retailer catalogs: new stores and new items. 

Update Commercial Data Lake targets: Perfect Store, Innovation. 

Monitor the Quality of information processed in the Data Lake, identifying inconsistencies or errors in Quality Check. Establish quality metrics and alerts to ensure that data is always up-to-date and ready to use in Power BI. 

Act as the first point of contact to resolve data quality-related incidents. 

Collaborate with the technical and commercial teams to propose improvements in integration and data cleaning processes. 

Document changes in RPA when needed. 

Manual data uploading in case of an incident with RPA or Retailer web. 

Coordinate data restatements if Retailer: change history, acquisitions, restructures for ERP updating. 

Training and consulting for final users in Power BI. 

 

Qualifications, Education & Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in a analytics role.

University Degree, preferably in business administration.

Strong technical, report running and analytical abilities.

Ideal experience with Walmart Retail link and other websites from main Retailers. 

Data Management and monitoring, ideally in systems integration projects. 

Technical expertise in ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) and data validation. 

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to detect and resolve data errors. 

Experience working with data catalogs and hierarchical models 

Ability to document processes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. 

Knowledge of Retailer Data (sales, inventory) 

Analytics experience. 

Power BI dashboards design and advance Excel. 

Assertive communication. 

Oriented towards quality results – deliverable on time. 

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$61,000-$90,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
