GENERAL FUNCTION:
Utilizes Commercial business knowledge and core skills to conduct analysis, improve process, and resolve problems. Supports a range of key business deliverables including market analysis, customer analysis, business cases, business requirements, testing, implementation and support for new and existing systems., reviewing procedures, audit remediation, and/or process/product documentation. Reviews current processes, identifies and executing process improvements, recommends changes and drives positive change. Critical team member in project delivery who must collaborate with many internal stakeholders.

Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Possess solid knowledge of the Commercial business line including strategy, business plans, products, processes and revenue streams.Researches solutions and apply knowledge to data analysis, process improvement, and problem resolution tasks.Conduct research, execute process improvements and support creation of deliverables including market analysis, customer analysis, business cases, business requirements, test plans, procedures, audit remediation, and process/product documentation.Review procedures and product features and recommend changes for improvement with an emphasis on risk control, customer experience and efficiency.Provide input for and assist in the creation of project plans, work assignments, target dates and other aspects of assigned projects.Drive projects toward completion of defined plans through direct participation in development or oversight of deliverables.Function as a liaison and subject matter expert between the business line, operations, and the technical areas throughout the project cycle.Collaborate with internal and external users in defining project and application requirements.Assume a primary role in the testing and implementation of new processes, applications, enhancements and/or conversions.Review published vendor information and make recommendations based on applicability.Review operational procedures and methods and recommend changes for Improvement with an emphasis on automation and efficiency. Where/when necessary, author documentation, manage communication and provide training to internal stakeholders.Partner with the technical areas in the research and resolution of system and process problems.Other projects as assignedMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree required; emphasis on MIS/Business idealSQL/SAS experience supporting business system requirementsBroad understanding of Commercial industry preferredHighly skilled in Windows based software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Excellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsWORKING CONDITIONS:
