The Commercial Deposit Coordinator reports to the Commercial Division Manager and is responsible for providing high quality service to commercial relationships.

Deliver exceptional customer service to commercial deposit customers and the internal business lines in the execution of all assigned dutiesRegularly maintain commercial deposit client documentation in order to meet audit and bank standardsDrive consistency in TM documentation such as updating service agreementsSeek resolution for operational issues to customer's complete satisfaction and escalate systematic issues as encounteredKeep Relationship Managers and Treasury Relationship Managers apprised of critical developments in commercial customer relationshipsComplete a review of the daily Check and ACH Pay/Returns decisions for commercial deposit customersReview commercial account deposit hold request and escalate to relationship managers when neededAssist customers with out of branch wire requests, internal account transfer requests, stop payment requests and custom deposit reports requestsReview daily commercial branch reports, including overdraft reports and inactive account reportsManage commercial deposit customers daily chargeback notificationsClosely adhere to the Bank's Information Security policies and proceduresAdherence to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulationsPerform tasks that affect the Bank's compliance with federal and/or state regulations Qualifications General knowledge of commercial banking preferredMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective analytical skills, and organizational skillsCandidate should be able to accept instruction, prioritize, follow-through on work assignments with minimal supervision, and be able to work in a team environmentExcellent relationship building and communication skillsWorking knowledge of or the ability to learn applicable state and federal laws, regulations, policies, and procedures related to this positionDemonstrated experience with Microsoft Office -- Excel, Word and electronic communication systems BenefitsAt WaFd Bank you get all of these great benefits!
