Commercial Development Manager (m,f,d) Plant Health Biosolutions, Europe

Join us as Commercial Development Manager for Plant Health Biosolutions in Europe, remote The European Animal and Plant Biosolutions sales team, totals 17 members, spread from the UK and Denmark in the North, to Spain and Italy in the South. To ensure successful implementation of our business goals, you will also collaborate closely with European and Global teams, including sales, marketing, technical services, regulatory, supply chain and R&D. You will report directly to the Head of Sales for the Region. Your Home Office should have a good connection to an european airport, in best case in Germany, Denmark, France, UK, Italy, Spain, Switzerland or The Netherlands. In this role you’ll make an impact by: + Supporting the development of our plant biosolutions in Europe + Mapping and prioritizing our opportunities across the region + Developing and implementing our commercial development strategy + Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as supporting the development of our ongoing business and projects + Building strong relationships with all of our key stakeholders + Representing Novonesis® at events, trade shows, exhibitions, conferences and generally in the market The successful candidate should: + Hold a University degree or equivalent qualification in Agronomy, Agriculture or life sciences + Have evidenced knowledge of agronomy and crop production, and agronomy related products + Have at least 5 years’ experience in plant health and agronomy related sales and development, with a solid understanding of their applications + Have an excellent track record of building strong customer relationships & techno-commercial execution in the Plant Health segment, both in developing and managing complexity in distributors and channel partners. + Have the ability to identify customer needs and translate needs into mutually beneficial solutions. + Have strong drive, be responsible, goal-oriented, well organized, and self-motivated + Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and demonstrated proficiency in MS Office software (Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) + Willingness to travel ~50% of the time primarily in the assigned region but also internationally when required Could our purpose be yours?
