Job Purpose We have a Commercial Digital and Technology Manager opportunity available for an experienced candidate in the Greater China & Intercontinental Commercial Digital & Tech Team. Reporting into the GCI Region Commercial Digital and Tech Head Cluster Markets, you will be the sole Technology business partner to country General Managers and support in-market digital teams to drive GSK Taiwan Business Responsibilities Projects and Initiatives Data driven approach, grow digital channels in partnership with market business leaders, focus on using global tools while looking strategic levers within market To be able to manage and present project and deliverable milestones to key stakeholders and ensure projects are executed on track with appropriate risk and change management To drive/partner with commercial & medical teams and support key internal process and tools improvement programs Provide insights on any improvement opportunities for the technology work that we will do from a region level To be able to support/lead projects across various information technology disciplines and cultures in GCI markets Ability to drive insights and actions to improve operating model efficiencies for GCI markets to drive top line and bottom line Data & Analytics Support business activities segmentation using data analytics tools. Explore new external datasets which can be associated with internal data. Understand and able to explain and coach business users with new AI Tools, LLM functions Assist data visualization and data modelling using cloud-based data tools. Liaise with regional/global data support teams to resolve data issues. Stakeholder management and Business Engagement Ability to manage relationships with Technology heads from each GCI countries, including business and commercial teams and global support teams Maintain high level of partnership and service with market business leaders Engage with commercial & medical teams continuously to identify business needs and translating them into actionable elements. Conduct regular tech communication/campaigns via digital channels. Evaluate new technology solutions and provide constructive recommendations. Tech Operations Liaise with global and regional teams for system changes & enhancements. Support conducting risk management tasks regarding cybersecurity & data privacy. Support planning and execution of annual tech equipment refresh. Explore new local tech opportunities while considering local markets realities, business vision and Global Tech roadmap. Support managing local Tech service vendors and external strategic partners. Why you? Basic Qualifications We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Preferably a degree with relevant technology field Preferably with at least 10 years of established experience in a technology role Demonstrated planning ability and strong organizational and executional skills, especially clear ownership of task at hand Clear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional team player Ability to work independently, self-motivated, objective and solution oriented. Demonstrated professional and ethical behaviour.
