Giving Overall assistance to Managing Director
Under the guide and the consultation from Managing Director, take responsibility of sales and marketing of the company’s activity including;
Develop short to long-term sales plan,
Survey and analyze the market and competitors,
Create the business strategy including products and services deployment plan,
Design the sales strategies and the promotion for the target market and customers,
Organize and manage sales organization based on the strategies,
Create financial plan for the sales and sales expenditure for Mid-range and Annual Budget Plan of the company,
Execute the plan to meet and exceed the budgetary target,
Manage sales organization,
Cash Collection,
Field Services, and
Other related activities.
Conduct the credit inquiry to open new customer account.
Train, evaluate and guide staff employees under the department.
Coordinate and work for Alcoa Self Assessment Testing (ASAT) program, and any audit requirements for Sales and Marketing related issues.
Set up and maintain files and records required above tasks.
Provide necessary and required reports to the management and group for the responsible area in order to evaluate the performance and take necessary actions.
As the member of management team, share and give full support on the financial and not financial goals set for the corporation, Howmet Wheel Systems and Howmet.
