What will I be doing?
The successful candidate will be innovative and have a proven record of delivering strong results. You will lead an onsite team of professionals and work closely with the General Manager and Regional Team to maximize business performance.
\n\nDriving the top-line budget and forecast by implementing a commercial strategy through to execution.\nCollaborating with the General Manager to ensure profits are maximized in line with targets.\nSupporting the sales and marketing teams with strategic guidance and coordinated efforts to achieve business objectives.\nCoordinating hotel-level marketing and public relations activities.\nEstablishing an optimal business mix, maintaining accurate forecasts, and developing strategies for varying demand periods.\nDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including owners, clients, and hotel teams, to ensure the hotel's commercial success.\nWhat We're Looking For
\n\nManagement experience within a commercial team at a property of similar size and scale.\nA demonstrated ability to analyze revenue data and propose effective strategies.\nExceptional stakeholder management skills to collaborate with the General Manager, Regional Teams, and Hotel Owners.\nA strong understanding of all commercial operations, including reservations, selling strategies, account management, budgets, and revenue/yield systems.\nExcellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.\nGoal-oriented drive and self-motivation to achieve outstanding results.\n\nWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?
