We are looking for a Commercial Director to lead Glovo’s commercial team in Ukraine, focusing on working with our core part of the business - restaurants. As a Commercial Director in Ukraine you will have the unique opportunity to help us with:

Partners

Improve our selection (sign those final few great restaurants not yet on our platform)

Devise new ways to help our partners grow their business on our platform

Glovo

Help us reach KPIs and position Ukraine as one of the best performing countries in Glovo

Setup best in class ways of working for all of our commercial teams

Work with your team leads to grow our talent and build a great team culture

THE JOURNEY

Devise the long-term commercial strategy for Ukraine

Oversee directly multiple areas of responsibility: account management, partnerships, monetization, etc.

Analyze business / financial data to make key decisions for commercial in the country in order to create new business opportunities and anticipate future issues

Lead a team of ~50 individuals and lead your direct and indirect team to greatness - hire top talents, help them perform, grow and develop as professionals

Guide the local commercial teams to achieve sales and account management targets while maintaining good relationships with our partners

Work with a cross-functional team (marketing, operations, finance) to achieve quick & quality execution

Lead project implementation

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in top restaurants/chains

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

3-5 years of relevant experience in managing high-performer commercial teams w/more than 20 people; working in multiple countries and markets will be a plus

Experience leading negotiations of large-scale contracts and building relationships with C-level of other organizations

Great communication skills

Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented approach

Great stakeholder management skills 

Problem solving skills, data-driven with strong commercial and analytical skills

Excellent written and spoken Ukrainian & English skills

Ability to work in a high-growth and high-performance company with a fast pace
