About the role: As Commercial Effectiveness Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial success, playing a key role in optimizing our field force strategy and ensuring seamless CRM management. From deploying effective call strategies to managing incentive programs and enabling data-driven decisions, you’ll collaborate across teams to enhance our commercial impact. Key responsibility: Field Force Effectiveness: Deployment the strategy development in call strategy/priority brands Lead and consult the right target segmentation and field force resource optimization (FRO) to create commercial efficiency and effectiveness. Alignment with CRM team for multichannel plan and Segmentation & Targeting (S&T), field force resource optimization (FRO) deployment readiness Carrying trainings related to commercial effectiveness at LOC level. Collaborate EM and lead LOC FFE in F2F HCP insight analytic, KPI definitions and performance tracking systems support commercial profitable growth agenda. Responsible for designing strategies, training, brand analytical capability to enable FF to leverage customer and business insights to provide effective solutions and drive organizational performance. Provide business partnering in internal field force analyst and reporting to provide effective solutions and drive organizational performance. Update and analyse territory performance by BU for business solutions. Provide daily FF performance tracking. Review and improve Sales Force Incentive & Recognition Program to align with regional guidance. Determine areas for improvement in accordance with performance analysis reporting tools and organize development actions with assigned business units and provide support/ follow up actions. Propose the KPI measure FF effectiveness and conduct regular performance review, incentive health check... to drive FF performance. Lead the Monitoring and Management (MM) in Field Force Effectiveness areas. CRM management: To manage CRM Veeva system: work with EM CRM team, change request management, user supporting & training, MCCP management, User Interface Test, My insights. Elicit and define business requirements across all functional domains relating to CRM. Identifies, assess, and documents business requirements, recommending business priorities and advising business on options, risks and costs versus benefits of various solutions. Facilitate CRM supporting forum with end-users. Lead consent management end to end process i.e. collection, upload, validation, key in, upload and monitoring. Tracking/follow up and analysis KPIs report on Veeva with purpose to lead field force excellence in execution on all activity KPIs. Work together with HCP Engagement team to provide local & regional audience with insights on MCM activities rooted from data on Veeva system and provide strong analyst/recommendation for regional team monthly. Ensure Commercial effectiveness process: Lead/Design the overall commercial effectiveness related processes, budget management and provide required approvals to ensure that all deliverables are executed accurately and timely. Why you? To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate tenacity and a strong performance mindset, along with the following qualifications and skills: Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Field Force Effectiveness (FFE), Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), or related areas. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage. Commercial experience is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and business problem-solving skills. Solid project management capabilities. Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Proven people management experience. Ability to work effectively across functions and break down silos. High level of resilience and agility in a fast-changing environment. A strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture while driving execution.
